What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I relatively new to the Atlanta area. I really equated hear from Pennsylvania four years ago where the cost of good craftsmanship was relatively less so my prices are often better than what you would get from the average contractor here. I also offer discounts to senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can typically expect to first have a voice to voice conversation discuss details and the scope of work. After that, I will put together your estimate and if you approve. We can sign a contract, workout necessary, payments, and get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a carpenter builder for over 40 years. I certifications in Homr Inspection and have had formal education in residential building systems as well as project management and computing.
