FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary, I’m always the one to show integrity while certain jobs and issues may consist of a lot of problem solving and the ability to just get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to build a relationship because sometimes a pro may be walking into a situation where another pro may have done something wrong. It’s not my job to belittle a previous pro but to give the customer a positive attitude and a positive experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school in high school and learned the basics of plumbing. Different pipe sizes, plumbing tools and heavy equipment use. I graduated college with a forestry management degree where I learned different soil types. I grew up dealing with wells and septic tanks. I became a field supervisor at Roto Rooter where I learned more about residential and commercial sewage problems. I then became a senior Tech where I received my journeyman’s license. I eventually moved more into industrial plumbing where I became a CCTV operator, accessing manholes and creating taps to supply proper sewage flow. I then made my way back to residential and commercial plumbing and eventually started my own business. I never liked the prices certain big companies give their customers so that’s why I started my own.
