What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be very straightforward on what I charge and why I’m charging that rate and if we can find a way to work out something more affordable for the costumer that’s always an option too.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer them an estimate,we agree on an available date and time, then I give them the quote and time I will be available to complete the job. If they agree we sign a contract.Then get started working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve went from the trash pick up guy to running my own 5 man crew on a 250 million dollar yacht just in 2 years.i have almost 5 years in experience painting in almost any and every way you could think of.
