Ryan has done several jobs for us over the last couple of years. He and his crew solved a terrible erosion problem we had by clearing out trees, grading areas around the house and spreading mulch. We were very happy with the work done, especially since it ended up helping with the sell of our home too! Since that time Ryan has done several remodel jobs in our current house. He took out a wall to give me that "open concept" from my kitchen to family room, installed kitchen cabinets and hardwood flooring. He also remodeled our bathroom with tile and did a whole house interior paint job. When we decide on our next project we will call Ryan for sure. He is honest, communicates well and is very knowledgable. I think his prices are fair and best of all he does not require a deposit.

Ryan has converted my garage to an extra room, buit a carport with storerooms, screened in my deck, poured a new driveway, completely renewed and sodded my lawn, and repaired the shingles on my roof. He can do seemingly everything and is a delightful person to work with!

Ryan has done several home landscaping jobs for me, and I highly recommend him for landscaping/renovation jobs. His estimates are reasonable and rarely fluctuate from his original quote. He always calls to confirm appointments and is great about communicating during the job. I've had numerous GREAT experiences!

Ryan has done work at my house and at a couple of rental houses and I could not be more pleased. His projects have ranged from pressure washing houses and driveways to installing a sprinkler system and laying sod. Other areas include planting bushes, mulching and basically landscaping our yard. I depend on Ryan to give me an honest estimate and get the job completed not only to my satisfaction, but to his also. He stays in contact with you throughout the job and is a courteous and delightful young man to work with.

Mr. James built a barbecue pavilion for me.I was out of town during construction,all went well on time on budget.Clean construction well built will use again.
