- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple, personal, and pressure-free. 😊 When you contact BF Plumbing & Drain, you’re speaking directly with our family, not a call center. We’ll discuss what’s going on, answer any initial questions, and schedule a convenient time for Brian, our Georgia Master Licensed Plumber with 25+ years of experience, to come out and take a look. We provide a FREE on-site estimate with no service call fee and no obligation to hire us. Brian will evaluate the issue, explain what he finds, answer your questions, and provide an upfront price before any work begins. If you choose to move forward, we complete the work professionally, clean up our workspace, and make sure you’re comfortable with everything before we leave. Our goal is simple: earn your trust on the first visit and become the plumber you call for years to come. 🔧
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience goes far beyond basic training. Brian is a Georgia Master Licensed Plumber with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. Over the years, he has worked in several different areas of plumbing, including NYC high-rise plumbing and gas systems, residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless systems, sewer and water lines, gas piping, filtration, drain systems, repairs, and installations. After decades in the trade and working for other plumbing companies, Brian earned his Georgia Master Plumbing License and founded BF Plumbing & Drain. That combination of professional licensing and 25+ years of real-world experience means our customers aren't getting someone who simply knows how to replace a part. They're getting a Master Plumber who understands how the entire plumbing system works, how to properly diagnose a problem, and how to fix it correctly. 🔧
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Plumbing has been Brian’s career for more than 25 years. He started in New York City, gaining hands-on experience working on high-rise plumbing and gas systems before moving to Florida, where he expanded into residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless systems, filtration, sewer and water lines, and more. After moving to Georgia, Brian continued working in the plumbing industry and eventually earned his Georgia Master Plumbing License. After years of working for other companies, we decided it was time to build something of our own. We founded BF Plumbing & Drain because we wanted to provide the kind of plumbing service we believe homeowners deserve: experienced, honest, personal, and without the corporate pricing or high-pressure sales tactics. Today, we’re proud to be a true husband-and-wife, family-owned and operated company, with Brian in the field and our family personally involved in taking care of every customer. 🔧❤️ Built on Loyalty & Backed by Experience.
