Josh was great, he assessed the unique situation we were in and recommended a solution during his inspection visit (which was free).
He did a great job, cleaned up everything and was super professional.
Would definitely hire them again if / when needed.

The team at Grassroots was outstanding. It was my first time using them after several bad experiences with other vendors. We had a water leak underneath our driveway. The crew was quick to come out and investigate and recommended bringing in a leak detection company to pin point the exact location in order to minimize the amount of demolition and repair on the driveway. The leak ended being almost exactly where they suspected but better safe then sorry in terms of bringing in the leak detection company. The work the team did was quick and efficient. They did an outstanding job explaining the issue and the repair. The repairs done looks bulletproof now. They did an excellent job cleaning up. The concrete removal and subsequent re-pour of the concrete looks outstanding and really couldn’t ask for anything else.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience from the very first phone call to the thank you note and candies after the service was complete. I was able to get an appointment within several days, and the day of, I really appreciated the text with a picture of Josh, a note that he was on the way, and a way to track the arrival time. He also called me confirming that he would be there shortly and gave me his GPS arrival time. I was so impressed with Grassroots before Josh ever arrived. Josh was extremely professional and I could tell he was very knowledgeable; I like to understand things, so I asked him lots of questions about the problem and the tools he was using, and he patiently answered every question. He explained the options, gave me choices, and helped me figure out which repairs were the most important. He was also very personable and it turned out we had a lot of common friends; even though it was the end of the day, and he was probably ready to head home to family, he never rushed or made me feel like he was in a hurry to run out the door. He took the time to do the work right and he talked with me and explained things. I was so impressed and couldn't recommend Josh or Grassroots plumbing more highly. Although I couldn't afford to get everything done this time, I will definitely be calling Grassroots Plumbing again to do the additional jobs when finances allow. Thank you again for great service and professionalism and for going above and beyond to make this an outstanding experience. The thank you note and candy were just one more little added extra touch- thanks for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a service or dispatch fee. We will come take a look at your plumbing and offer you a no-pressure estimate for your plumbing work, talk through your options, and answer all of your questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. When you reach out to us we try and gather as much information as possible and schedule an estimate at a time that works best for you.
Once the appointment is scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the appointment details. When it's time for our Service Expert to dispatch to the job, they will call you and let you know they are on the way. You will also receive a text with a link to track the Service Expert so you know exactly when they will arrive. That way, you're not wasting time waiting for them.
If you decide to move forward with the work, we will schedule the work at a time that works best for you and complete the work to our very high standard of excellence.
We also send gifts to all our customers after the job is completed! It's all part of giving you an anxiety-free plumbing experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the ongoing training as part of our plumbing licenses, we also offer internal training to all of our Service Experts on a weekly basis so we can stay up to date with any changes.
One of our core values is to be the expert. And since we believe that experts are students, we're always learning more in order to provide you with the highest level of expertise.
