Rafael was very communicative and professional. He made me feel very comfortable from the first conversation. He is also very knowledgeable. He was on time and went out of his way to insure the perfect install of my new under mount sink. I had accidentally broken it and was so frustrated with myself. He helped keep me calm and I really appreciate his hard work and awesome customer service! I highly recommend!

These dudes really know their stuff. I've had parts go faulty on multiple water heaters, and I've had multiple techs help me. Rafael was the only one who diagnosed the root of the problem, and he did so in about 60 seconds. I'm not exaggerating. Now I know that dust from my clothes dryer was clogging the air vent on the water heater, which resulted in burnout of a part. He clearly explained how it went down and showed me how the dust was collecting on the vent beneath the water heater.
