- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard price book that we use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we will send them a message to introduce ourselves along with a quote ,and we encourage them to call or email us as soon as possible! Our dispatcher will ask a few questions over the phone. Every plumbing call is different.We will make every attempt to give them an accurate estimate online, and we will follow up that estimate with a thorough inspection upon arriving at the job. We want our customers to feel comfortable, satisfied with our work, and have peace of mind that we stand behind every job that we do. We are fully licensed and insured, and we pledge to serve our customers honestly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our master plumber, Shane Mahaffey, has over 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He received his journeyman's license in 2008, and he received his master's license in 2013. Shane worked at a large Atlanta-area plumbing company for 9 years, and he is well versed in all aspects in the plumbing field.
