I highly recommend this company!! Vinny came in promptly on a same day request to worth with me to quickly resolve a rodent issue. He removed the rodent issue and then examined my home in all appropriate areas to provide a very helpful diagnosis and plan to rectify the issue. I greatly appreciate the quality service and pleasant attitude, which certainly helped to ease a bit of my headache about the issue!

They did an excellent job! Of course I had a horrible ugly thing in my attic but they set the traps up came back in a few days after we heard the rattling in the attic and it was done. Very professional very personable and although I never hope to have to ever call them again I definitely would!!! Thanks!!!

Yay Critter Stoppers! Vinny is great!! He responded immediately, he listened to my needs, he asked the relevant questions to suss out any other potential factors and alternatives, and he provided his availability to align with mine. His estimate included pictures so you could understand what exactly was needed and what he was going to do to address it. **I didn’t feel like I was being given a blanket over-charge for some vague every job estimate with no proof of what my real problem was, much less what I REALLY needed** He showed up when he said he would - both for the estimate AND to do the work, he did what he said he was going to do, and I was charged accordingly per his estimate. I am VERY grateful for Vinny’s business service, and his dedication. I would not hesitate to reach out to Vinny with Critter Stoppers again for my pest control needs, and I definitely recommend him!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
unfortunately each job is different. we deal with many types of rodents and willife. Repair work also ranges from different types of rodents. Also different types of structures . please contact us to go over your residential or commercial properties. Discounts to seniors, military, police officers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak to a customer on the phone to get some kind of an idea of what type of rodent or wildlife we are dealing with. Most of the time we can make suggest to the customer what we can do to solve the problems also in some cases we might be able to walk them through the problem. In most cases, we can quote a price over the phone. for trapping and removal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pest control industry for over 40 yrs started working for an exterminating company when I was 17 also went to Farmingdale college trade school at night for Pest Control back in the 80s
