I heard some scurrying in my attic and knew I needed a professional. Vinny and his team did a great job. They captured the squirrels and sealed up the opening where they were getting in. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
unfortunately each job is different. we deal with many types of rodents and willife. Repair work also ranges from different types of rodents. Also different types of structures . please contact us to go over your residential or commercial properties. Discounts to seniors, military, police officers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak to a customer on the phone to get some kind of an idea of what type of rodent or wildlife we are dealing with. Most of the time we can make suggest to the customer what we can do to solve the problems also in some cases we might be able to walk them through the problem. In most cases, we can quote a price over the phone. for trapping and removal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pest control industry for over 40 yrs started working for an exterminating company when I was 17 also went to Farmingdale college trade school at night for Pest Control back in the 80s
