- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing. After diagnosing the issue, we'll explain our findings and provide a clear estimate before any repair work begins. We offer a 10% discount for first-time customers and back our repairs with a 90-day warranty for added peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once your appointment is scheduled, one of our technicians will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival. During the visit, the technician will thoroughly diagnose the issue, explain their findings, and provide a clear estimate before any repair work begins. Upon approval, the repair will be completed professionally, and the appliance will be tested to help ensure it's operating properly before we leave. If a replacement part is needed and is not available at the time of service, we'll order the part and schedule a follow-up visit to complete the repair as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and microwaves. We are EPA certified and continue to build our knowledge through field experience, technical documentation, and working with a wide range of appliance brands and models.
