- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the hours service will be needed as well as the amount of guest that will be in attendance at your event. Our pricing structure reflects labor plus the costs of the supplies that we will be providing (cups, ice, straws, napkins, garnishes, mixers, etc.) Other pricing factors include the needs for our mobile bar set-up, cooler rentals, travel , etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make each event highly personalized. After providing a general quote, we will schedule a consultation to get the full intricate details of the event. Once any and all questions are asked and answered, we will send out a services agreement and secure your date with a deposit.
