Ross replied very quickly via Thumbtack and we set up an appointment quickly. He showed up for the appointment time promptly and quickly diagnosed my a/c issues and told me what I needed I bought them while he continued to work and he completed the job very quickly for a very fair price. My a/c was blowing hot air and now it is starting to cool off my room, so we will see as the day continues. Very nice and professional would totally utilize him again

Ross serviced my A/C unit. He was professional and his prices were reasonable. He even went the extra mile by adding some insulation and extending the tubing to direct the pumped water further away from my house.

Ross was a life saver. The fuse in my AC was blown after I tried to self install a nest. He came the very next morning and fixed it very fast. Great guy! I would definitely hire again!

we charge 39$ for diagnostic and service call but if we do repair we won’t charge diagnostic fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
How did you get started doing this type of work?
