Jared and his team did a great job installing our gazebo kit, outdoor furniture and cleaning out the duct vents. The gazebo project was abandoned by another handyman and we hired Jared to finish the job. Little did we know that the previous handyman installed everything incorrectly. Luckily Jared and his guys fixed the previous work and were able to complete the gazebo in a short amount of time. I appreciate their attention to details and their focus on customer satisfaction. We will be hiring them in the future should be need arise.

Explained nature of project and was charged the one hour rate instead of the mandatory two. Associates came in, assessed the project and finished in about 20 mins. Was able to pay by Zelle. Would definitely use them again.

Brian was polite and installed the furnace ignitor which is what I needed. I deciphered the codes, 34 & 14, and I also knew about the ignitor needing to be replaced because the Tech from a reputable HVAC company advised a few months ago it was running at 90, indicating it would need to be replaced soon. The furnace was working fine until 3 weeks ago, 6 months after the advisement from E Smith. The unit now blinks constantly and it did not do that before Brian worked on the unit. Now I have to pay someone else to check the wiring and board because that is what the constant blinking means. I'm giving 3 stars because 2 indicates the service was poor, it wasn't poor but unfortunately I would not hire them again for HVAC issues.
