What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is customized based on your dog's needs and goals discussed during your free in-person consultation. Training packages start at $500. Individual sessions available at $150. Ask about multi-session discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with a free in-person consultation where I meet you and your dog, assess their behavior and temperament, and learn about your goals. From there I put together an individualized training plan and we discuss which program fits your needs. All training is done in your home environment where the behaviors are actually happening. I send weekly homework assignments and provide ongoing support between sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained under the frameworks of some of the most respected professionals in the industry including Michael Ellis and Ivan Balabanov. I hold a CDT certification through Good Pup and am a proud member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. I am also Pet First Aid and CPR certified.
