The team at RCM came and patched/repaired a drywall hole from a leak in my family room ceiling and swapped out another light fixture. The drywall team showed up on time and did an excellent job. Because that team could not do electrical, the owner showed up at 7:30PM to do. I appreciate the professionalism. They’ve earned my business.

Team worked well and completed assignment. Would rate preparation a C+. Should've covered area with dust blankets prior to work or been more detailed in cleaning up afterwards. Drywall installation was good. A B+ rating here. Would've been an A except there were a couple of areas where the work was substandard. The drywall cutting was not as precise as it could've been in certain areas and the repairs where the drywall was repaired could've been much better. The painting was an A. They did a good job selecting the paint that we suggested and applying it. Their cleanup I would rate a C+. The excess material was removed and the area swept but there was an excessive amount of dust left behind which I am now burdened with cleaning up. For the price charged I expect more attention to details like drywall cutting, repairs and clean up.
