Matt was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was quick to come out and diagnose the problem and was out the next day to begin the job. I would recommend him to anyone who has a "critter" infestation!May 7, 2015VerifiedMatt T.'s reply
Thank you for the review! So glad that we could be of help to your family!
Thank you Matt Traylor for the work you did for us! I don't normally leave reviews but I felt like I needed to this time. Matt helped us solve a rodent problem we were having. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us out with things that didn't have anything to do with the job he was hired to do. His quote could not be beat. Matt seems to take the time to get to know his customers and makes sure any questions or concerns have been dealt with. He even gave us a referral for another home project we have coming up in the near future. He is a good, down to earth guy. I wish him, his family and his business all the best. I would absolutely hire Matt again for any estimating needs.Nov 25, 2014Verified
Matt did a great job! He provided a reasonable quote, explained what he was going to do and the timeline, and came through and did what he said. I will certainly use him again in the future!Jun 8, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We do not have a standard pricing system, per se. Every home/property is unique, and requires a unique approach in solving the problem(s) at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1.) Speak to the customer over the phone. 2.) Ask key questions to help me identify their most likely issue. 3.) Schedule a free inspection, not only to specifically determine what the problem is, but to also give an estimate on the procedure needed to solve the problem and keep it from happening again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Each pest control operator is required to attend regular CEU credit classes to renew their license. I also earned a B.S. in Biology from Clemson University.
