- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing does depend on the service you are needing done. We do run discounts often and these are usually discussed with the client during our initial phone call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing options. We want our customers to get what they want. At Access Garage Doors of Canton, we help walk you through the process of not only garage door sales but maintenance as well. There are a lot of moving parts so we try to accommodate for every customers wants/needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Access Garage Door we are all insured and verified. We have regular trainings to go over new items and techniques.
