FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll need to see and measure the work area, and get a strong understanding of the customers wants and needs. Then we'll work up a firm estimate and talk everything over with the customer. Once everything is agreed on, we'll get a signed deal and determine the start date. From that point on there will be constant communication and activity until completion. The customer can expect us to treat their property like it was our own.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for my grandfather when I was about 10 years old. Mostly just cleaning up his work site and handing him tools. I started doing framing and trim work when I was about 16, and by the time I was 21 I was remodeling homes. I've been in the construction field in some capacity my entire life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
From big corporations, to the single mom needing her porch fixed, and everything in-between. I treat every person's job like it was the most important.
