Jeff came out the same day I called him and helped me fix my deck and a couple other things around my house. He was professional and showed up on time and got the work I needed done. I would highly recommend Jeff and AAA

Quick summary: 1) severely overcharged ($600), 2) very crappy job-basically a bandaid job (enjoy the pictures), 3) manager that came out did not come back-some new guy named Rico that I've never met came, 4) promised that it would be triple A service, but not even close, 5) argued with my dispute of it being a crappy job, 6) apparently manager sent the details of job to guy that came out too late-he arrived to do the job almost 2 hours later also. He will respond fast, which is why I decided to go through his company, but I should've done more research. I went ahead and just paid the rest to bury this burden, and I took it as a lesson to scrutinize the next contractor critically before I paid anything. Pictures show (before and after) the damaged front door with bolts stripped from wood and the rotted back door.
