- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate for projects that I am unsure how long to estimate and a fixed project rate for projects I can confidently estimate a time for. Happy to discuss this when we talk about your specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk on the phone and make sure I understand exactly what the project entails and what the customer is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent time as a trim carpenter and cabinet builder in my younger years and have been maintaining and improving multiple homes of my own for more than 20 years.
