We hired JA Handyman Services to renovate our screened porch and stain our deck railing and posts. The work included demolition, installing new wood as needed, recycling what could be recycled, rearranging posts for a better view, adding pickets and a railing, sanding and painting, re-screening the porch, and installing new outdoor carpet and a new fan. The JA Handyman team’s estimate was very reasonable and they accomplished everything in just three days. Because of supply issues on items we ordered, we could not get the fan or carpet while the team was here, but they will be back to install them next week when they come in. They did great work, kept the work area clean while working and cleaned up after the project as well. They were respectful of our property and exceeded our expectations in the quality and speed of their work. These guys are so talented and can do so many things that we are already planning to hire them again for other projects! They were a joy to work with!

Able and Johan were Great! They fixed areas of rot on a large panel window and on a couple outside doors. They also replaced some grout that had broken and fallen out. Last, they power-washed my driveway, front & back porches and my back driveway. They finished almost all the work in two days. They had one small area of grout to finish at the end of day 2. I paid them in full. Johan came back the next day - as planned - and did a nice job finishing up the grout repair. I will be keeping Johan Alanis’s team in my “Roledex”…. 😀 for future work.
