- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We offer the best quality of work at a reasonable price. we have experience in any type of electrical issue you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-After I contact a customer or a customer contacts me, I typically ask: 1. details of the work that needs to be done. 2. When do you need the work completed? I typically ask for 2 days notice, to start a job. 3. I try to give my potential customers a ballpark (rough estimate subject to change depending on how complex the job is) estimate. 4. Set up an appointment to start the repair or project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I have a couple of Electrical certifications through the United States Marine Corps from when I was in the military working as an electrician. -Have an 608-EPA certification. -HVAC certification through Chattahoochee Tech.
