I am very pleased to say Sean was very professional and the quality of his work is amazing. He's very personable with a great attitude. He arrives on time and gets straight to work. He makes sure his job is well done rather than sufficient and he insures you are well satisfied. I definitely plan to have him back to address any drywall needs. If he can do more I'll hire him to do more.

We had Revive Your Space transform our weird powder room/laundry room that looked like it belonged in a gas station (wish I had pictures to show you) to an inviting and fun space for our guests and our laundry space.

I received 2 messages, the second stating that the first message I received was possibly incorrect due to being confused with another job which in the materials section stated that it was for an accent wall which is not what I was having done then. Then, the second message stated that first message was correct. Sean told me that the bulk of the work would take 1.5 hours but the first estimate included 14 hours labor.Things seem quite disorganized and also a bit excessive on the labor hours when Sean and I discussed that I would do the first sanding then he could come back and do the second mudding then I could sand and then I could paint in an effort to keep the price down and now that work is being including in the labor and reflected in the quoted price. Also the first message clearly stated that the job estimate did not include painting but your second message said that the price and hours did include painting, again more conflicting information. Really disappointing because I had high hopes for this company.

I apologize for any confusion, but the original job requested was to remove the paneling in a small closet and replace with shiplap. We explained that we could do that, but a more economical solution was to remove the paneling and finish the closet with drywall and mud, then paint the interior of the closet since the shiplap wouldn't be seen anyway. The hour and a half originally explained was just to take down the paneling, it's not reasonable to expect the mudding and painting to be done in that same amount of time, and the estimate came in much lower than if we were to quote out the price to install shiplap. This was all laid out during the estimate. We really aim to please and try to be as upfront and honest about the cost of projects, especially since our policy is to not charge more for a project even if our labor costs are more than we expected. Personally, I'm disappointed that Kim was upset, and tried to explain the breakdown with the objective of maybe trimming some hours, but she never gave me the chance beyond my initial apology before posting this review. I wish her good luck, and I hope she gets her closet done at a price point she can accept.
