Brittany did a great job, working over her head to replace a can light with a hanging fixture. I provided the conversion kit, and she quickly installed it and the new lamp. Very pleased with their work

I have used Tried and True Home Services twice and will continue to use their services. My technician Elijah is a good hard-working young man, truly a good guy who cares about his work! I have had a sideboard that tested his resolve, but Elijah figured it out and got the piece of furniture together and it looks great! I have also used Tried and True to replace bath and shower fixtures, which seemed to go well, but there was a leak in one of the bathrooms...Elijah brought additional help with him right away to fix the issue and the leak!!! They came as soon as I called...who does that?! Tried and True does!! Way to go guys, thank you so much for your help! I love the work done.

I used Tried and True to install a custom closet system that I ordered from a company that designs high end DIY closets. Even though it’s supposed to be DIY, it was a pretty complex installation from my perspective so I wasn’t going to attempt it. The folks from Tried and True, especially Tristan & Austin, tackled it like true professionals. They even switched out my light fixture so I didn’t need to call in the electrician. The initial instructions that came with the closet system weren’t that detailed but this crew figured it all out and made it look easy. Jake was very responsive with scheduling and answering any questions I had. Everyone had great attitudes and were very friendly. I will definitely be using these folks again.
