We highly recommend Eber!!! He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. We had him coming to discuss how to resolve and install our new flooring three times before we officially hired him. However, he was very understanding, nice, rich sense of humor. We thought it will take him two days to get the job done, he finished with only one day without any discount of the quality. The final outcome is amazing, we love love our new flooring. Decent work for sure. We would love to hire him again if we get more projects in future. You will never regret to hire him. I just said that. :D

Eber is the man! He can’t be beat in terms of quality of work, or professionalism. My job wasn’t the easiest - the floor was not level, and the new flooring had to be laced into the existing. Eber provided thoughtful advice and numerous options. He was clear on what he would - and would not - be able to do. I am very happy with the finished product - the work is beautiful, and we will enjoy it for years to come. Thanks Eber!

Eber and team did a fantastic job with the hardwood and LVP flooring project at my house. He was thorough in his approach and professional throughout the course of his work and provided complete transparency on all key decisions.

Hardwood Connections did a phenomenal job at laying new hardwood floors in my den area. Eber kept in contact with me throughout the process as we sought different floor options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and punctual. He cares about his work and his customers. The outcome was more than we could have asked for. It is with GREAT pleasure that my wife and I provide extremely high praise for Eber Silva of Hardwood Connection. We recently vetted through 4 different hardwood contractors to install laminate flooring in our home. After careful consideration, we selected Hardwood Connection. Why: 1) he was honest and truthful from the first meeting, 2) his prices were inline with the other contractors, and 3) his level of communication was OUTSTANDING.
Now, for the job he did, nothing short of STELLAR. He was in our home for approximately 1 week. He had to remove the parkay and carpet—the demolition. However, on the second day he identified that our sub-flooring was very warped throughout the main level. With that, we ended up having to have him install additional plywood to our subfloor to help with leveling. Yes! It was an additional amount of money. But it appears to have solved the problem. In addition, he remedied the floor squeaks that had plagued us for years (we have an older home, 1987). More impressive, was it was rainy on the last day and he showed up to our home with a tent that he picked up on the way, so that he could complete the job as he had committed to—that’s dedication and excellence that we appreciated very much.
If honesty, integrity, work-ethic, attention to detail, and communication mean anything to you when working with a contractor, Eber Silva should be given strong consideration for the job.
