Ive been renovating a house as an investment. I needed floors do e quickly. I got four different companies to give me a quote & Ralph at installer direct had the best price and did it right away. Not only was the work exceptional and quick, Ralph gave excellent customer service with good integrity - so much so it felt like a friend was doing the work. He met me in the evening and gave great advice when asked. If I remember correctly from one conversation, Ralph's been doing this work for 25 years. You definitly wint go wrong with Ralph! Not only did Ralph provide an accurate estimate, but he also went above and beyond to help me find the exact floor stain I was looking for.
