We were referred to The Hardwood Guys after we had a leak and our hardwood floors had water damage. David came out and assessed the needed repairs. Wilker, Carlos and Wanderson came out to do the work and within a few days the repairs and refinishing was completed and everything was good as new. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. We have used a large flooring company in the past but preferred this more personal experience. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend, great customer service!We recently purchased a home in Woodstock and coordinated with David to get no.2 grade red oak hardwoods installed throughout the entire house before we moved in. The Hardwood Guys were upfront and honest about quality and price, there were no surprises and their deliveries were always on time. David made sure to keep us updated, almost daily about progress.The entire experience was smooth and David helped us select product and stain that was in our budget.Wilker and Carlos did an amazing job installing the floors and got it down in a week! Any minor details we wanted addressed, the team fixed almost immediately. Absolutely no regrets and can't thank them enough for helping transform our house.

The Hardwood Guys did an excellent job refinishing my floors. My existing hardwood was old and in pretty bad shape which created a lot of unforeseen challenges. The Hardwood Guys did what was required to get the job done and everything tuned out great! To be honest, I was expecting a change order based on the additional unforeseen effort required but they stuck to the original quote. I highly recommend The Hardwood Guys for all your hardwood flooring needs!

The Hardwood Guys did an excellent and professional job refinishing our 10 year old hardwood floors. They exceeded our expectations as they recommended a higher quality oil-based polyurethane giving our floors a beautiful finish. They also explained everything ahead of time and answered all of our questions. The work was easily scheduled and promptly completed. They went above and beyond by refinishing an additional area which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend them.
