- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a database program used and accepted world wide by the insurance industry for disasters and remodeling. It's pricing for materials and labor rates keep us updated at the first of every month. Our estimators maintain the highest level of certification in the Xactimate software program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting is the interviewing process, for all parties. I'll then complete a walk thru to create a scope of work. Then a second meeting is for reviewing the first rendering and collecting more details from the customer. Finally, we present the proposal and answer any final questions or concerns before committing and commencement of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
