Introduction: My name is Kennedy. I have been cleaning homes, rental properties, vacation homes, etc. as well as organizing, cooking, and even helping with yard work since 2013. I am extremely organized and very passionate about creating a clean, comfortable, clutter-free environment. I have had several extreme cases handling hoarding addictions and absolutely love the outcome of helping establish a healthier lifestyle. Please see the photos below for my personal pricing. This app provides an ESTIMATE. I do not travel for viewings… I have in the past and came to the conclusion that photos and video calls work just as well. As far as payments go… I accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash, and can send an invoice… I do NOT accept checks. All payments MUST be made BEFORE or DURING cleaning… prior to me leaving your residence. MOVE OUT CLEANINGS MUST BE EMPTY…. Any furniture that is not remaining in the residence, must be removed prior to my arrival, as well as any trash, etc. Looking forward to helping you establish a healthy and clean environment to the best of my ability!
