Shanaya made me believe in the ability to literally make old things back to brand new! In my home I’ve been trying to scrub certain spots on my floor but with her expertise she not only removed these stains that was there but showed me her techniques. She was so knowledgeable on what works for which floors and surfaces in my home.
My daughter enjoyed watching her and she was so cheerful the whole way through. I’ve been skeptical about letting people around my personal belongings but Shanaya’s presence reassured me that I had nothing to fear. I can’t wait to work with her again! You won’t regret it!!

I am so happy that I chose Move-In-Move out cleaners. One review would not put into words how amazing they are! First off they were very responsive and prompt, squeezing me in last minute at the end of the day. I needed a move in clean for a new townhome which was new construction under warranty. Not only did they clean the house from top to bottom, they took the time to walk me through the home and point out imperfections that I hadn’t noticed before so I could relay it to the builder. Their attention to detail was impeccable! They even showed me tips and tricks when it comes to cleaning my floors. If you are questioning whether to hire them, please do not hesitate. My home feels so fresh and clean!!!! Thank you so much again!! I will hire again for my next clean!

We had a fantastic experience with Move-In Move-Out Georgia Cleaners, and this coming from a family of neat freaks who are OCD about cleanliness. First off, they were responsive and professional from the getgo. They then arrived at the agreed time punctually. And from there on, they did a phenomenal job with cleaning the house - everything from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the living room, and bedrooms - it was as deep a clean as you could imagine. They were very knowledgeable about cleaning products and techniques. Once complete, they were adamant about us walking through their work with them to assure that we were satisfied with their work. They also assured us that if we were to find anything not up to our expectations after their visit, that they would return as soon as possible and free of any additional charge to make things right. I will 100% recommend this group to family and friends in the future, and will certainly be hiring them again for any future needs!

She made sure to come well prepared & she had all the equipment she needed, unlike other companies that I hired before, she was friendly & she made sure to get all the rooms I needed her to do with in the time spand, I will definitely be hiring them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and the work will reflect that! I love reoccurring clients and will discount for recurring clients and elderly or disabled. I am always offering sales and will customize my budget to the clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is doing a phone consultation or face to face tour of the house to view what needs to be done. After that I write down all the majors and minors of the job and then I dive in and get the job done. I also always find out if the client has any allergies and govern accordingly with my cleaning supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have been extensively trained with hands on experiences! We are trained to notice "the little things" that can make a customer happy and we aim to please!
