Shanaya made me believe in the ability to literally make old things back to brand new! In my home I’ve been trying to scrub certain spots on my floor but with her expertise she not only removed these stains that was there but showed me her techniques. She was so knowledgeable on what works for which floors and surfaces in my home. My daughter enjoyed watching her and she was so cheerful the whole way through. I’ve been skeptical about letting people around my personal belongings but Shanaya’s presence reassured me that I had nothing to fear. I can’t wait to work with her again! You won’t regret it!!

I am so happy that I chose Move-In-Move out cleaners. One review would not put into words how amazing they are! First off they were very responsive and prompt, squeezing me in last minute at the end of the day. I needed a move in clean for a new townhome which was new construction under warranty. Not only did they clean the house from top to bottom, they took the time to walk me through the home and point out imperfections that I hadn’t noticed before so I could relay it to the builder. Their attention to detail was impeccable! They even showed me tips and tricks when it comes to cleaning my floors. If you are questioning whether to hire them, please do not hesitate. My home feels so fresh and clean!!!! Thank you so much again!! I will hire again for my next clean!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and the work will reflect that! I love reoccurring clients and will discount for recurring clients and elderly or disabled. I am always offering sales and will customize my budget to the clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is doing a phone consultation or face to face tour of the house to view what needs to be done. After that I write down all the majors and minors of the job and then I dive in and get the job done. I also always find out if the client has any allergies and govern accordingly with my cleaning supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have been extensively trained with hands on experiences! We are trained to notice "the little things" that can make a customer happy and we aim to please!
