We have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past, for various work in our home. I have heard all the excuses "can't make it today, got a flat tire, I'm sick" the list goes on ... BDry was like a breath of fresh air! The representative Mark, came out, and looked at the foundation. Told me what they would do to remedy the problem, and the front office people called me the same day to schedule the work day. They were here promptly on time, all though it was raining, and we're done within 3 hours. So from the representative, to the front office people, to the workers, they were all in sync. Pretty great experience from start to finish. After my basement started leaking (in the middle of construction turning it into an apartment) I did my research to better understand the problem, its causes, and ways to fix it. I decided on the sump pump method and having the trench be on the inside. BDry wasnt the least expensive but I felt the most confident and they worked with me on price.
