- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do require a 10% deposit to confirm your install date. Final invoicing takes place after your install is complete. We want our customers to see that everything is installed and cleaned up prior to payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free estimates and find a convenient time for you for both your estimating appointment and install appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in building science. I spent years testing building products including many manufactures of spray foam.
