- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two convenient options depending on your project: full-service junk removal or dumpster trailer rental. For junk removal, pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in the truck or trailer and the type of materials being removed. Smaller jobs are typically priced as a minimum load, while larger cleanouts are priced by the volume of junk. For customers who want to load items themselves, we also offer dumpster trailer rentals. Dumpster Trailer Pricing: • $275 – 8-yard dumpster trailer (1–2 day rental) • $325 – 12-yard dumpster trailer (1–2 day rental) These sizes are perfect for projects like garage cleanouts, small renovations, yard debris, and moving cleanouts. We deliver the trailer to your location, you load it at your own pace, and we come back to haul everything away. Whenever possible, we can provide a fast estimate from photos sent through Thumbtack. Our goal is always to offer fair, transparent pricing with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make junk removal or dumpster rental as simple and stress-free as possible. Contact & Quick Quote Send us a message through Thumbtack with a description or photos of the items you need removed. This helps us provide a fast estimate. Schedule the Job Once pricing is confirmed, we’ll schedule a convenient time for pickup. In many cases we can offer same-day or next-day service depending on availability. Pickup or Dumpster Delivery For junk removal, our team arrives, loads everything, and hauls it away so you don’t have to lift a thing. For dumpster rentals, we deliver the trailer to your location so you can load it at your own pace. Haul Away & Responsible Disposal After the job is complete, we haul everything away and do our best to donate, recycle, or properly dispose of items whenever possible. Our goal is to provide fast service, fair pricing, and a hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Our team is trained in safe lifting techniques, efficient loading practices, and proper disposal procedures to ensure every job is handled professionally and safely. We have hands-on experience with residential and commercial cleanouts, construction debris removal, and bulky item hauling.
