- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to take a look at all projects before giving any definite pricing. This assures that we are on the same page with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting each new customer, we like to view each project in person and go over the scope before giving out any definite pricing. From there we stay in constant contact until the job is scheduled and completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the business from hands on training for almost 20 years. I also have a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field.
