My husband and I are so grateful we found Kingscapes! Cortez and team are a complete game changer for your landscaping needs. The experience right from inquiry to project completion has been nothing short of perfect with zero complaints. Cortez was quick to respond to the inquiry, punctual, easy to communicate with, quick to send a quote, and willing to work within our budget despite multiple revisions Now coming to the project delivery itself - Cortez and his team transformed our whole front yard - leaf cleanup, hedge and shrubs planting, ground cover, grass seeds sowing, sod installation, mulch and pinestraw installation - all this within 2 days. We had a high level vision, but Cortez executed it thoughtfully with exemplary attention to detail. The team was very friendly and worked dedicatedly. What struck me the most was how every person in t the team treated our yard with so much love as if it were their own. I recently had a huge Oak Tree and stump removed from my front yard that created an eye sore, killing my home’s curb appeal. I contacted King Scapes, and it turned out to be the right move! Not only did they install healthy, beautiful sod, but I was also informed on future maintenance requirements. These guys are the real deal! They were very knowledgeable about soil nutrients, watering and mowing requirements, pest/insect prevention, selection of fertilizer, etc. After 3-4 weeks, I plan to have soil samples taken which will give me accurate pH levels as well as NPK ratios for a lush and beautiful lawn. Cortez and his team were prompt, professional, and provided a good price with high quality. A green thumbs up for King Scapes, the name speaks for itself!
