- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple, clear, and stress-free. First, we stop by for a walk-through or request photos to understand the project. Next, we send a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you updated through every step, and don’t wrap up until you’re thrilled with the results. Communication and transparency are key in our process.
