Our goal is to make the event process easy on you. Helena’s Planners was established in 2011 when clients urged Helena to plan their special events despite her busy training schedule. Helena is punctual, personable, and a mastermind when it comes to event planning. She trains Certified Event Planners throughout the United States in over 24 cities including Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, and many more. Her clients include administration and individuals from Harvard University, Yale, UCLA, InterContinental Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Starwood Hotels, McDonald’s Corporate Offices, Career Builder, Colgate, Boston University, MIT, and an array of professionals from stay at home mothers to Ivy League Executives. Outside of work Helena enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Christina whether it is traveling to Hawaii, reading books, or sharing a red velvet cupcake. Depending on the day, she is either a vanilla iced coffee or raspberry green tea kind of girl! She also loves movies, plays, and LIVE music. She is a foodie and she enjoys cooking and pulling recipes from the internet and hosting parties for her family and friends. To keep the food cravings under control, Helena enjoys participating in 5K races and generously volunteers her time to the American Cancer Society.
