Rafael helped install a new faucet in my kitchen. There were some issues with the previous install and he walked me through all the things that needed to be done. There was no pressure and he even gave me good advice on how to prevent issues from coming up (for example flush the water heater every year etc.) Really appreciated the advice and the install looks and feels great. I’ll be using him to update my bathroom faucets as well which have been long overdue!

My repair turned out to not need repairing but Rooter - Flow came out the same day and was very honest about the issue. Great integrity and I would contact them in the future for any plumbing needs.
