Mr. David was able to come out to my home on short notice, repaired the washer in the shower, provided education, and replaced the old shower head all under 1hr. About 5 days later all is still well!!! Thank you!!!!

I put out a request at 9 pm one night and Randy and Will showed up exactly at the agreed to time the next morning and worked for four hours trying to get my master bathroom unblocked. They ran cameras (at no charge) and an auger, to no avail. Later in the day, they returned with the "boss man" David Greene, and they spent another two or three hours trying to determine the problem. Turns out I have collapsed cast iron pipe under my slab. :( I have had four other plumbers out here for the same problem (each charged me $350) and no one figured it out until now. David is very knowledgeable about plumbing and how to navigate the insurance claims process for this type of issue. I will definitely be inviting him to bid on the repair work.
