The plumber was professional and courteous. He performed the necessary repair quickly.

Even though we already had an appointment with him early that day, he called very late over past his appointment time and wanted to charge us $450 dollars in advance. If not, he was not going to come to our house. Next day he gave us an estimate of $4200 for repair of broken sewer pipe. In the evening he called us and said he was not able to remove the pipe from the foundation wall and needed to redirect the pipe, asking for another $1800. When he finished, he sent us a bill which listed things that he did not do and said it was for insurance claim. But at the end, we didn't get a penny back from the insurance company. We felt the plumber is dishonest and over charged us. It is complete rip-off.

I put out a request at 9 pm one night and Randy and Will showed up exactly at the agreed to time the next morning and worked for four hours trying to get my master bathroom unblocked. They ran cameras (at no charge) and an auger, to no avail. Later in the day, they returned with the "boss man" David Greene, and they spent another two or three hours trying to determine the problem. Turns out I have collapsed cast iron pipe under my slab. :( I have had four other plumbers out here for the same problem (each charged me $350) and no one figured it out until now. David is very knowledgeable about plumbing and how to navigate the insurance claims process for this type of issue. I will definitely be inviting him to bid on the repair work.

They were able to give me an honest review and repair when another pro was trying to charge me $5000. Came out spending about $400. Highly recommend. Very honest.
