Mickey and his wife own the business and Mickey's wife came out within 30 minutes of our call, which was great because we had just opened the pool and guests were arriving from out of town that afternoon. We were having some issues with the pump and the water pressure and weren't really sure what to do. She came out, did a thorough diagnostic of the problem, walked us through her analysis, and spent about an hour fixing it. She didn't try to sell us anything or do something that was not needed. She was pleasant and helpful, and the service fee was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Mickeys Pools based on our experience and will use them again!
