FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30 for thirty minutes or $60 for an hour lesson. To offset costs more than one student can attend the same class as long as it doesn't effect the quality of training. It is $5 for each additional student per half hour. Customers can pay at the time of lesson or buy 4 lessons in advance and receive a fifth one on us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every person is different but we will set goals after my assessment so you know what results to expect. Safety is always first, is implemented and taught in each lesson. There will be a natural progression of skills that build up to more complex exercises. I can be tough if needed but prefer a casual and fun approach. I mainly teach with at least a kick board. Sometimes I will recommend fins, or bring a noodle but anything I use is considered a tool and is not always implemented.
