Matt called with an ETA (perfect!) and not only did he do a great job, he explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of my questions LOL patiently, as I watched him truly enjoy what he does.I HIGHLY recommend their service. The pricing was very fair and comparable to other providers. You wont be disappointed.When you call or email, have the following information ready and theyll give you a quote and when the tech arrives same price no upselling. In and out PERFECT!Have ready:-Location of the dryer (basement, main level, upstairs)-Approximate length of the vent run (if known)-When it was last cleaned-Any current issues (long dry times, burning smell, lint buildup, etc.)Professional, honest, efficient, and reliable 10/10!

I was so pleased with this company! Matt called ahead to ask if he could come earlier than expected. Wow - a contractor who COMMUNICATES! He did an excellent job, explaining all procedures, showed me before and after photos and cleaned up the areas where he worked. We had hired a company to do this work about three years ago. They were here about 30 min. max, left clumps of lint in the yard and, judging by the lint build-up in the before photos this time, I would suspect that the dryer run was not thoroughly cleaned to begin with. A month after the tech came, the connection between the dryer and the wall came loose, causing lint to waft into the laundry room.I would definitely hire this company again . It is refreshing when a company is totally efficient and reliable!

recently had my dryer vents cleaned, and I couldnt be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, showed me exactly what was built up in the vents, and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and functioning properly before they left.Not only did they improve the efficiency of my dryercutting drying time almost in halfbut I also feel much safer knowing the fire risk has been significantly reduced. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and didnt try to upsell anything unnecessary.If youre looking for a reliable, honest, and detail-oriented dryer vent cleaning company, I highly recommend them. This is the kind of service thats worth every penny, and Ill definitely be using them again in the future.
