I've bought and sold a several properties over the years and dealt with virtually dozens of agents. Jen is by far the best real estate agent I've ever come across or had the pleasure to deal with. She is very organized, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and very convincing, aside from being a marketing genius and a tireless worker. She has both rented, managed and sold properties for me over the years and each experience not only surpassed all my expectations, but I would characterize them as delightful. Her ability to maneuver through various options, issues and find solutions in even the most complex situations inspires a lot of confidence. And did I mention she is incredibly fast? She was able to find renters and buyers in the most challenging market conditions seemingly at will.

Jennifer and Jason are a great team at Tolley Community Management and Backyard Realty Group. We have purchased 2 homes with their help. They are great in understanding our need and having knowledge about real estate. They are excellent in doing research and in our case where also able to find qualified renters to be in the homes we have.

Jennifer Tolley and the Backyard Realty team have done a great job as the full service property manager for two rental properties in Marietta. I have been very pleased with their tenant screening process, their quick response when problems come up, and their network of contractors who handle repairs. Highly recommended!
