This strengthens your offers and ensures we stay within the right price range. 3. Home Search & Showings I set up a customized search and schedule showings based on your criteria. I also provide insights on neighborhoods, resale value, and potential concerns you may not notice during a tour. 4. Offer Strategy & Negotiation When you find the right home, I craft a competitive offer and negotiate aggressively on price, terms, repairs, and closing costs. 5. Contract to Closing Once under contract, I coordinate inspections, appraisals, lender communication, and deadlines to keep the transaction on track. 6. Closing & Beyond At closing, I make sure everything runs smoothly and you get the keys to your new home.
