My fiancé and I started looking at homes through Zillow and all of the home buying apps out there. We worked with a couple of relators but they all seemed to lack something that David has, enthusiasm for customer service and pairing people with the right home. He was incredibly helpful in our home buying experience, he is very easy to get along with, he is approachable, and he is always available when I need something. When I say always available I mean it. The first time we heard from him my fiancé and I were up very late, well after business hours, looking through the home buying apps, inputting interest on the little contact pop ups and David contacted us through email to follow up on a listing. Before we knew it were setting up tours. No matter what time or day David was/is always available. No matter what kind of question he always has an answer or helped figure it out. Another helpful tip about David is he has a lot of experience flipping homes and working on homes so he is very insightful on what to look for. He will even help you paint a picture of what you can do to fit your lifestyle in the house to help you feel if it is right for you. We found a lot of homes that we loved but at the end of the day if you don’t envision what it will be like having family over, growing your family, or where to brew your beer (or whatever hobby you have) then you could potentially miss out on a perfect home. David doesn’t get offended if you don’t like something, he doesn’t pressure you to buy something even if there are cash incentives, he truly is there for his customers and I highly recommend him. Life is much much easier with David as your real estate agent.

Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, David provides impeccable service while keeping your best interests the highest priority. My wife and I were lucky enough to have David by our side as we purchased our first home together. He not only helped us through the process as first-time buyers, but also got us everything we were looking for in our price range. David’s communication is stellar as he was there to answer any and all questions we had at any time. Buying your first home can be extremely stressful and David seemed to become our punching bag at times as we dealt with the stress. He not only consoled us about our worries, but also provided us with a level of confidence we couldn’t get anywhere else. Among other attributes, David’s negotiation skills are spectacular. He got us a great price for our home as well as secured all the required fixes that still needed to be completed. When David plays, he wins. The best part about having David as your agent is that he’s not just an incredible agent, he’s a wonderful person. He went above and beyond for us and we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else. Work with David and you will not be disappointed. We didn’t just walk away from our home purchase with a good experience from an agent. We walked away with exceptional service from our newfound friend, David Landsman.

There is just so much to say about David! He was great to work with to help sell my condo. He was quick to answer my questions and concerns as this was my first time selling! The great thing about Mark Spain Real Estate is they have buyer agents on board to help w/ finding me a new home! All and all David was able to get me the best price possible and provided a great experience throughout the process! Highly recommend using David!

David Landsman is the best realtor that I have ever met! I had my condo listed with another agent for over a year before David took over my listing and had me under contract in 2 months!! He was very patient with me along the process. There were a lot of things that needed to be explained to me and David was always available to take my phone calls and came by to go over the contracts before I signed them. There was not a day that went by that David did not check in with me to make sure that I was doing ok with moving out of my home and into my new home. I cannot recommend David highly enough. If you are looking for someone with a great personality, great knowledge of the home market, someone who never stops working for you then David Landsman is the agent for you! I can't thank him enough for making selling my home a fast and easy process.
