Where do I start....I have been in the real estate game for about 10 years. I buy homes fix them up and flip them. We just sold a home for my biggest profit to date! When I met David I knew I found the perfect agent and partner to work with. I don't know how he does it but he always seems like he is my personal agent and available to only me. Whether it's returning my phone calls, texts or emails he is always there to answer my questions or help me through a situation. There is no charge to look for your new dream home. In order to list and sell your home there are typical real estate charges. Please feel free to reach out to me any time to discuss a marketing place and pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will meet with new clients at their home. I enjoy educating sellers on current market conditions in the Atlanta area so they have a realistic expectation about what to expect when going on the market. I am happy to give a free price estimate before going on the market.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in real estate ever since I purchased my first residential rental unit. I love the industry and love helping people buy and sell personal homes and investment properties.
