- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are very reasonable and competitive. I will provide revisions for a limited time after you receive your final copy and PDF if you require them. My goal is your satisfaction. Quick turnaround also!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(1) Send me your resume draft (if you have one) if not provide me the following details via a questionnaire I've created that's very user friendly (I'll be able to see your live updates so no time is wasted to start creating your resume): - Work History (employer name, years worked, your title, and location) - Your education & certifications (school name, year you graduated, degree obtained, and field of study, certification name, year certification obtained and if currently active) - Personal Information (full name, email, phone number, address) - Any special skills that you may want to include I'll work with you 1:1 to understand exactly what you're looking for in terms of your next opportunity. I'm always accessible by phone and email in the event you have any questions. I'll also share the progress once I have the draft completed to obtain your input. Your satisfaction is my #1 priority! (2) You submit payment (3) Begin drafting your customized resume (4) Email your new resume for you to review and discuss anything you may want to add/remove/edit (in any). If you decide after you've received the final copy that you would like something changed, I offer revisions free of charge for a limited amount of time. (5) Process Complete!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years working with recruiters and hiring managers to find candidates for positions. I utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) keywords to get your resume noticed and to get you in front of the hiring manager for your next opportunity! I'm well versed in the HR process.
