- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is based on square ft. pricing, to give us a base price, and modified depending on scope of work and other variables. Our pricing is very competitive within the Greater Atlanta area. Most shingle roofs we install cost on average between $2.30 to $2.60 per sq ft or $230/$260 per square [100 sq ft] *Due to recent price increases, material costs have went up over the past few months. We still provide very competitive prices and keep our costs as affordable as possible. *We install 30 Year Architectural Shingles for the same price as the basic 3-tab shingle. Why? Our labor costs are the same and even though the materials are higher, we choose to install a better quality, longer lasting and more attractive roof.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all the information [improvement service needed] details and measurements, and then we sit down with the homeowners and discuss their budget and exactly what they expect in their home improvement project. We encourage the homeowners to ask as many questions as possible. We believe there is no such thing as to many questions, and the more they know about our products and services, the better equipped they are to make a wise decision. We also take the time to show our portfolio of work, and show them not only finished projects similar to theirs, but also each phase of the project from start to finish. This way they know exactly what to expect. We feel all of this contributes to a successful project and relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years experience in Greater Atlanta. Certifications from various cities [Alpharetta, Roswell and many more] and counties for best construction practices. National Certification in Construction. National Roofing Contractors Association Certified.
