What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is never the same. Every customer has a different need. So our pricing starts with a basic "kit" then materials add on to get the final result. As newer technology comes out pricing tends to change due to ease of installation or product offering.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend yearly trade shows which many of the manufacturs we deal with offer training with CE credits towards NICET and other test and measurement standards
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've been in the security industry for over 12 years and felt that with the proper qualifications we obtained it was best for us to start out on our own
