- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren't selling an item, we're selling a service and an item. With that taken into consideration often times it works best for us to meet with the client prior to giving an estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Seeing all the victims while policing , I wanted to help educate and help customers be proactive and not reactive. I found that this business is a great way to do that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Southeastern does sales of security cameras and other low voltage equipment. We also do installation of the equipment we sale and other equipment that may have been bought by the customers. Southeastern offers a repair service of security camera equipment that has been installed by other companies as well as an extended service plan for equipment that we installed. We also monitor our alarm systems or we can monitor most other companies as well.
